    Default non-user dirs in home?

    .cpan/ -> deletable?
    cpapachebuild/ -> deletable?
    installd/ -> don't think so, but deletable?
    exim4-install/ -> deletable?

    These are all kinds of build dirs. Can they been deleted?

    Yes, you can delete all of those especially installd. However, .cpan does clear itself down and will be recreated daily. The others will likely be recreated the next time you rebuild the relevant app, e.g. apache.
