Is this normal with recent cpanel release build?

Today i just updated cpanel to the latest release and got this message after everything finished:

==> Web Host Manager 8.6.0 Server Starting.....
/usr/local/cpanel/etc/init/restartwhm: line 4: 19721 Killed /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/whostmgrd


Is that normal or not?

i am getting the same type of error, except with 8.7

Undefined subroutine &main::logaccess called at whostmgr/bin/whostmgrd.pl line 721, line 10.
