Not able to connect to webmail and pop3 mail at the same time?

One of my customers while downloading his email thru the pop3 tried to access the webmail account too, however his access was being denied.

Is there anyway I can set it so that he may continue to download his pop3 email at the same time he is also able to access the webmail?

I don't think it's possible. Once POP connects, the file is locked.

Indeed. And that's how the POP3 protocol works. It has no functionality that would allow multiple access at the same time, and for very good reason. If you want to mess around like that, the user should use IMAP access instead.
