not all services showing up in services status

Hello Cpanel forum group,

my server is running CentOS 3.5 (final) and Cpanel/WHM , i restarted my server and while in WHM,, i check the service status and its only showing like 9 of them like the /boot apache its not showing BIND , exim , how do i get these on there?.. they was on there before the reboot but now there not.. any suggestions?
