not obtaining to create mailing list

I am not obtaining to create mailing list, when I having to add, the server says that he was added successfully, but when I go in mailing list appears "There ploughs currently in it activates mailing lists" e in cpanel Mailing Lists 0/unlimited
somebody can help me ?

I've got one reseller account on my dedicated that is exhibiting this behaviour...

Seems like it might be a foul up in my settings - but I'm new to having a dedicated, just had reseller accounts myself before...

Was there ever a non-drastic solution to this? (As in, something short of an OS reload or similar...)
