Not Receiving emails

Hi i am having some problems with receiving emails in one of our servers, i have already seached cpanel forums, and checked the resolver.conf file, it seems ok. We have done /scripts/eximup --force has well and we still getting this errors.

We get errors has:

2006-06-16 08:35:01 1Fr8r7-00023x-CL Completed
2006-06-16 08:38:38 no host name found for IP address 69.90.250.55
2006-06-16 08:38:38 H=(bits.cpanel.net) [69.90.250.55] sender verify fail for <support@bits.cpanel.net>: unrouteable mail domain "bits.cpanel.net"
2006-06-16 08:38:38 H=(bits.cpanel.net) [69.90.250.55] F=<support@bits.cpanel.net> rejected RCPT
<sergio@alojamentos-web.com>: Sender verify failed

and

2006-06-16 08:38:38 no host name found for IP address 69.90.250.55

And we know that bits.cpanel.net is not unrouteable its cpanel support.

If any have an opinion that can help us on this it will be great.

I've been getting the same thing for a while and Chirpy has previously commented on the fact that it would most likely be due to an issue with the configuration of the sender's mail servers.

I've contacted billing@cpanel.net about this but have yet to hear anything back.

I'll try emailing the cPanel network admin directly (it's amazing what details you can pick up at the training seminar) and see what he has to say.

I have fixed this unckecking

WHM > Exim Configuration Editor > Verify the existance of email senders.
WHM > Exim Configuration Editor > Use callouts to verify the existance of email senders.

I dont think this is the best way to fix this issue but for now its done, now let us find some other way to fix this.
