    Default not recieving all emails

I have a customer that did not revieve an email 10MB of PDF documents in his account yet the same email was send to his AOL account and he received it.

He then forwarded the email to his account and the forwarded email came in just fine.

    I've searched but found nothing.

    Anyone have any thoughts?

actually did a grep on the inbox account to see if it was in there also.

that is what is strange, the forwarded email came in but the one from the origional customer did not.

His customer sent to my customers account and also to my customers AOL account.
My customer got the AOL email and nothing on the server here. Then when my customer did a forward from his AOL account the forwarded message arrived.

    Strange indeed.
