not working after complete installation

I have order a cpanel license from hostdime.

They help me to install it. But after install complete, it not working at all.

Hostdime not provide support and ask me to settle it myself.

May i know how to solve the problem ?

What exactly are you having trouble with? If WHM is not recognizing your key try /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt

Your license is active so there must be some other issue. What problem are you having?
