Default NS records points to an IP address that is not a public IP

JUst got another block of IP addresses for use in our resllers however, when i set it up a couple of days ago and checked on it, I got a report from www.dnsreport.com that:

Error: At least one of your NS records points to an IP address that is not a public IP. The problem IP(s) are:

xx.xxx.xx.xx1 is not a public IP
xx.xxx.xx.xx2 is not a public IP

These IPs are not reachable on the Internet, causing DNS delays, extra resource usage, and possibly no DNS response.

However, when I ping the Ips and view the site with the Ips on the browser, I can see the website. Is this normal for new IPs pooled into our account?

I've seen this with IPs from The Planet/ServerMatrix. Could cause problems though, as mentioned by DNS Report, and it's a good idea to contact your DC -- they are the only ones that can fix it.
