Default nvdata.cache - disk space quota reached

I have a client that used up their disk space, and are now unable to login to their cpanel account.

The client receives this error every time they try to login to their cPanel (cPanel 11.25.0-R43286 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9):

This stops the client from logging into File Manager and erasing some disk space.

Is this a bug? Or is this intentional behavior?

    Hi,

It looks like a permissions level issue. Assign proper permissions and DO NOT assign 777 permissions otherwise it may compromised the server or account.

I'm not really concerned with how to fix this specific account, as much as I am about the fact cPanel allowed this behavior to happen. I guess I'll just submit a bug report.
