Default odd .zip or pdf files

Hi, wondering if someone else is having the following problem, it happening randomly and in different servers.

Some clients contacted us saying many of they users are having problems downloading such files, sometimes the download is corrupted and sometimes the files into the .zip is incomplete.

I did try downloading every day for a week from one client url and so far i had no problem, but today another client from another server contacted us with the same problem.

Any idea? o at least from where to start track this? i know is very odd, but also couldnt be a coincidence when there are many users and from different servers.

    Thank you in advance!

Is this via FTP, cPanel or websites (Apache)?

If this is via FTP, is it possible they are downloading a binary file as ASCII or vice-versa?

I'd recommend submitting a support ticket to your cPanel licensing provider to have someone look at this for you.
