Old IP keeps appearing

We completed an IP migration, and I hit delete IP, and remove the old IP. BUt when I click on rebuild IP pool, it comes back. Or if I try to change a site's IP, it shows up again. Any ideas?

easiest way i have found to correct this is to remove the ip make sure your default ip is switched to the new one, and reboot so the old ip will unbind from the running services
