One account not updating - All others fine

Hey,
There is one account I have on a cpanel server that isn't updating the stats.
I tried /scripts/runweblogs for the user but that didn't update either.
The last time the stats updated were May 17th, the user just let me know about the problem though and obviously I wasn't checking the stats for his account before.

All other accounts on the server are working fine so don't know why this one has stopped.

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
