One domain deleted from /etc/localdomains

I'm wondering why one of our customers has his domain deleted from /etc/localdomains every 2 weeks. I have to added back everytime and his mail doesn't work if it dissapear. I'm not sure but I think this customer has played with his MX ENTRY before and it broken his mail. Thank !

Have you checked that they're not listed in /etc/remotedomains? If you run /scripts/mailperm manually, does the domain get removed?

The domain was already in /etc/localdomains and this is the only customer having this issue with us. Yes, the domain is present in /etc/remotedomains. What does it mean ? The domain will be removed auto from /etc/localdomains ? Thank !

Yes, it will. You should remove it from /etc/remotedomains otherwise you will have problems.
