We just migrated 87 users from one server to another brand new cpanel server.

The weird thing is database usernames did not get moved over and only the default mail accounts (mail accounts with the full email address as the usernames can't be accessed by horde, squirrel, or pop3). They can only be accessed via NeoMail.

The weird thing is I can create a new hosting account, and the same behavior takes place even with a "Non-Migrated" account.

Can anyone shed any light?
