I have just raised a support ticket via the form on the support site, it looks like it has ben sent ok, but i have had no confirmation e-mail and tracker link. What is the best option as I do not know if cpanel have recieved my ticket.

Check your spam mailbox, any replies could have gone there. I've had a confirmation e-mail within 5 minutes usually so there could be a problem (unless cPanel have changed their support system in the last 3 years?)
If you don't hear anything back from them, you can use their contact details on their site to check with them, either by 'phone or to billing@cpanel.net.

I have sent an email to the address you have said, but i dunno if I had no reply or if I didn't get it![]()
Open up a gmail account and try from that, if you need an invite just mail iain [at] xn3 [dot] net.![]()
