.org websites does not open with perticular ISP

My some .org web sites are not open with some perticular ISP's. Please help me to solve this out.

If the problem is that you can't access any .org domains at all from your ISP, the most likely cause is that your ISPs DNS server is broken or poisoned (and needs to be restarted). As you didn't say you'd checked from multiple PCs and from multiple connections to the ISP, it could also be something wrong with a PC or with an ADSL modem.

On the other hand, if it's only specific .org domains, post them here and we can check them, or check them yourself at www.dnsstuff.com - top right column, check for an A record.
