Outlook(POP3) conection ,refused password /webmail OK

i was in trouble with the version of Perl that came installed/upgraded automatically by Cpanel daemon . using reference from here i solve some problems in mine box.

WELL

i have a issue yet :mad:

An account can´t acess the mail trough pop connection. Via Webmail/Horde all is perfect.
where i must begin to check where is the error.

i looked for the logs in var/log/maillog but i get just logs from 4 day ago.

Can you give me a hand, to solve this?? Any answer is welcome.

Check the ownership of the shadow file in /home/username/etc/domainname/. Change it to username.mail. You can check the logs at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log.

EDIT :- If you receive any error please paste it.
