outlook takes too long to send email

Hi,

I'm providing hosting with WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-S58.

When my clients try to send an email from Microsoft outlook, the process takes to long. The email gets through but after 10 to 15 seconds.

How I can reduce this time?

Without knowing where the 'slowdown' is occuring, you can't really find a fix. My first guess is to look for DNS issues, make sure all their settings are correct (server names, logon info, etc.)

Look for slow network issues between them and the mail server... have to start somewhere.

I think there is also a way to enable connection logging with Outlook iteself, which might help.
