Default Overriding default home directory in Setup

I have a second server which has 2 drives, the second [hdb] is mounted as dev/home2. Initially I do not want to use this partition for domains, but as a backup area and a single domain's development area. BUT even although in the setup, in WHM, it says new accounts will be put in the /home partition on hda, WHM by default will put the account in the largest disk space available, in this case hdb. So is there a way to override this default in WHM? otherwise I have to partition the XXXXXXX out of hdb in order to have a number of smaller options.

    Default

In WHM "Edit Setup", change the "Home Directory Prefix" to something else, or change the directory name from home2 to something else.
