I am learning to move in CPanel and in WebHostManager now. It would like to know how it works Overselling. Is that a configuration? In case yes, this configuration is made in WHM ?

Yes, if you are purchasing a reseller account, you may want to ask your provider if they offer overselling if you desire that.

If you plan on managing your own dedicated server, you will have detailed settings for this in the reseller center once you designate an account to be a reseller.

Are you trying to set up overselling for hosting account owners rather than Reseller Users?

Now for overselling, do you mean giving your customers say 1 GB of bandwidth, but when they exceed that bandwidth their account will NOT be automatically suspended?

Or do you mean, for example, having a physical disk drive with 200 GB of space, but then creating 2 accounts each having 200 GB of disk space allocated to them?

You should be able to do that as root without any special configuration.
