Package Edit

When editing package a email is sent out on all accounts after the package edit has been accomplished below is a sample of the email sent out. Looks like it should show ip but it does not. Is this a bug?

When doing an Upgrade/Downgrade, I don't believe WHM is setup to include one, only when the account is first setup.
