i'm experiencing the same problem using WHM "Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server"

end up doing it manually via SSH.

And features packs too (/var/cpanel/features). It seems a long time bug without solution from cPanel

This is an old thread. If you are still experiencing this issue, you may want to have our technical analysts take a look at it: http://tickets.cpanel.net/submit

What is your ticket ID number so I can verify our technical analysts are working on this for you?

Yep it's being worked on. Really I don't have a problem transferring them manually - the accounts transfer works fine and thats all that I really care about.

Second server moved.
Packages well transferred this time, but not /var/cpanel/features (manually transferred).

2 other details cPanel must check:
1. domains hosted by another server (cPanel server only serves DNS) are not moved.
2. when you add a DNS domain/IP manually, if IP is outside [edited] server, everything is well configured based on given IP (including MXs), but domain is not added to /etc/remotedomains. This cause emails to fail.

I do not need support ticket this time, thank you. I solve the problem by my own. I'm just remembering some details to make cPanel based server transfer easier.

Another detail:
ACL lists are not moved too (reseller detail lists);

Manually moved to /var/cpanel/acllists (directory must be created)
