package NAME problems???

Ok, I am creating two packages of each "plan".

The ONLY difference is the IP address.

for instance:

basic
basic_w_IP

If The user has the plan, basic_w_IP
the plan name only shows as w

Why does it do that?

How can I do this? use a - insead of a _?

I do not have any reseller accounts configured, but if I remember correctly, cPanel uses the information in front of the _ as the package owner.

For example:

reseller1_web-basic
reseller2_web-basic
