Package system can not be repaired automatically

When trying to rebuild apache with easyapache I keep on getting the error:

!! Package system can not be repaired automatically !!

!! Please visit http://www.cpanel.net/support/could_not_ensurepkgs.htm for help with this error. !!

The above URL sends me to

And the solution seems to be

Suggestion: This means that Cpanel::SysPkgs's config check returned a failed status and it's attempt to auto fix the problem did not work. You will need to manually fix your OS's update system at this point.

When doing it manually I get the same error.

Anyone have a suggestion?

problem got solved by

wget http://mirror.centos.org/centos-5/5/os/i386/CentOS/python-elementtree-1.2.6-5.i386.rpm

rpm -Uvh --force python-elementtree-1.2.6-5.i386.rpm
