Package update issues.

I am in need of some help. I am upgrading the packages that my customers get. When I go in and change the bandwidth and save it to the package it does not change it in the customers account.

I have also run /scripts/fixquotas

I am unable to find away to get the bandwidth quota to update.

Are you a reseller or are you doing this as root? I had a reseller that was having trouble a few weeks ago adjusting bw and space.
