    Post Packages not getting added

    Hi,

We are not able to add new packages through WHM(user) > Add package option. It shows blank page.

Packages are getting added through root user.

I have run /scripts/fixcommanproblems and /scripts/fixeverything but this issue not getting fixed.

Do some one know how to fix it.

    Thanks in advance.

Login to WHM as root and under Main >> Resellers >> Reseller Center >> Reseller Modifications >> Select a Reseller >> Edit Privileges/Nameservers

    Make sure that under

Standard Privs >> Packages , you have checked Add/Remove option .

There are many other options for assigning packages .

That option is already enabled on the user that's why he is able to see ADD packages option in panel and able to add it. But after adding the package there is blank page and package dose not get added.

Do some one know where are the logs of such errors get updated in CPanel.

    Hi Kenneth,

Thanks it had fix the issue.

Can you please update any link from where this kind of details we can find directly on Cpanel website. As the information on the scripts are not clearly listed on net. This will be helpful for all of Cpanel administrators.

    Thanks again.
