Packages not removed

I've upgraded my webhost manager to 6.0.0-S88 for a redhat7.3 server and when I goto remove packages it says that it removed them but when I goto "edit" "add" "delete" package all the packages that I've removed remain.

any ideas as to what could be the problem?
