In order to resolve this issue, we'd need to know the specific reason that the page is showing forbidden.
Are you familiar at all with SSH?
If so, if you could perform the command 'tail -f /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log' and then view the page, it should provide you with an output that you can then paste into this thread to let us help you further.
