Default Parked domain won't work in Cpanel admin

I am having an issue with domain parking not working in the user cpanel... I have enabled it in the account description through WHM giving it the ability to park 10 domains. When I go to the user cpanel and try to add a parked domain I get this error.

Cannot determine nameserver ip for (MYDOMAIN).com. Please make sure that it is registered with a valid domain name register.

The name server is pointing correctly.

Now it will work if I Park the domain in WHM for the specific domain... no problem. But the client is not able to...

Is there a way to fix this?

    Colin

I can verify that this is not working. Our user cannot park her domain on top of her existing domain. The error is Parked Domain Addition
Cannot determine nameserver ip for apoetsmind.com. Please make sure that it is registered with a valid domain name register.
which is wrong because it always resolved to our nameservers, all she did was delete the site and try to point it to her other domain. Nameservers are correct we just looked it up. So when is this going to be fixed. The million dollar question>!>

    Yep.

The first thing you should do in a situation like this is to examine the error.

If you wanna let users park unregistered domains:

    WHM/Tweak Settings/
Allow Creation of Parked/Addon Domains that are not registered
