Default Parking domains w/ long domain names

    Hi All,

When trying to park a domain name using WHM, the field will not accept longer domain names. In other words, if i tried to park
debt-consolidation-loan-fast-inamerica.org, WHM will not park it since its to long.

What is the terminal command to do this manually?

Thanks you in advance for you assistance.

    Wayne

    Default

Just copy and paste/modify some coding in your /usr/local/apache/httpd.conf file to point to one of your current accounts or a folder inside.

Default call the script direct from address bar:

    https://USERNAME:PASSWORD@000.000.000.000:2087/scripts/park?domain=EXISTING_DOMAIN&ndomain=NEW_DOMAIN
    Or:
    https://USERNAME:PASSWORD@000.000.000.000:2087/scripts/park?domain=EXISTING_SUB_DOMAIN&ndomain=NEW_DOMAIN

Substitute the triplets of your secure server IP, and modify the ALL_CAPS info that applies, of course.

These are also usable for resellers to overcome the subdomain parking script that has been incorrectly parking addon domains on top of main domain.com instead of sub.domain.com
