It all depends on how your system is setup. If you can post the results of "df -h" we will have a better idea of where you may be able to look for space. Realistically it is something you need to be careful doing as if you delete the wrong files you can break your server.

Since you are using LVs you can resize your partitions, but I would advise against doing so unless you are experienced using the LVM. Find someone who has done it before who you trust to perform the operation for you.
