I have problem some times, my users cant connect on ftp (incorct ftp password) and on cpanel password work.

Why this happent?

Try having the users login as user@TheirDomain.com where user is their cPanel username and TheirDomain.com is the main domain of the website hosted on your server.

We have had a problem similar to this with time outs, for FTP sessions. This is caused by too many connections to the shared IP. Not sure if it's related.

huh, cant now tell all about 10k users to cange login way ..
can i somehow change limit of connectuon to larger?
to dont have this problems?
