Password Problem

i changed my cpanel password and when i try to use the new and old one.. they both dont work.. can anyone tell me WHY?

Either you, if you're a reseller, or your host, will need to "Synchronize FTP Passwords". Sometimes when a password is changed, that becomes necessary.
