Password reset?

Umm, I'm not sure if this is possible to get done, but I can't seem to log into my cpanel with the password I was told to use. I could a while ago, but now I can't. The person who set it up for me gave me a password to use, and that worked. But I can't seem to remember what it was, and he isn't on right now. I'd really like to get into my cpanel now, so if I could get a password change, that'd be awesome.

If this is in the wrong place, then could it be moved?

Edit: Never mind, I think I figured it out. For some reason my account is suspended. My friend is figuring it out. =]

Just an FYI for future reference, this type of problem can only be addressed by the owner of the server (he who has root/reseller whm access).
