I have a customer who was complaining about interchange so I tried to access his control panel (which I have now turned into a test account to try to fix while I created him a new account) at
http://test.balkanbuy.com:2082/ and I used the user name and the root password or even the password which I rest the site to in WHM and it just keeps popping the password prompt back up.

The test.balkanbuy.com domain resolves to 64.21.39.2 which is correct. If I try to access the control panel using the IP http://64.21.39.2:2082/ I can log into the control panel just fine.

The http://test.balkanbuy.com resolves fine to the site, what would be causing cpanel to reject log in only while using the URL??? I looked in the messages log and I do not see any attempt to access the site.
