Perfect translation

I want to translate system message into native language.

I know I can translate cPanel into native language by editing language file.
I may be able to translate most parts into native language.
But I can't translate all.
For example,
When adding Addon domain,
system message shows, and it is English.
I can't change this to native language by only editing language file.

Setup Mail forward *** -> ***
