Hello. I have a Dual server Xeon 2.4 with 4Gb of Ram. What happens. The access to HTTPD this very fast, fast one same however the access FTP, POP3 and mainly CPANEL this too slow one. Do I have for me what some it should exist configuration where I increase the amount of simultaneous accesses in these services, would anybody know how to tell me where it is?

Have you got rDNS setup for the IP address(es) for your server? That's the most common issue when you experience slow connection to such daemons.

Some things can help: If you're using proftpd, edit your /etc/proftpd.conf and add the following to the directives at the top:
    Code:
    AuthPAM off
    UseReverseDNS off
    IdentLookups off
    Then stop and restart:
    /etc/init.d/proftpd stop
    /etc/init.d/proftpd start

Dunno about cppop issues. Do you have an iptables firewall setup? If so, you haven't blocked any outgoing stuff that might be needed? (e.g. DNS lookups)
