Permanent Frame
How can I insert a permanent frame in all of my clients? Is this possible through WHM or is there any way to do it outside of WHM?
Like those things at lycos and some other free hosts.

This functionality is not available within WHM directly. However, there are third party billing applications designed for those offering free web hosting that integrate such functionality into cPanel/WHM.
