Default Permission denied when changing directories in file manager

    Hi,

I don't know when this broke but today several of my customers are complaining that they can't access their &www& directory from within the file manager. Upon further investigation, it seems like the file manager can not access any directory that's a link to another directory. However, it can open a file that is a link to another file.. Anyone else is having this problem? Thanks in advance..

    Default Update problem possible

Did you recently update Cpanel. To what version. I have seen several other comments about an update CP problem that has caused this.

    Default Ditto

Same here, although permissions for www are correct, and public_html is accessible.

    Same problem here!

Btw.. is there anyway to force the logs to update even if the load is higher than normal?

I just tried it on our server and it seems to work just fine here.
