Not impressed at the number of problems i've been constantly crashing into lately..

When someone tries to FTP, they login fine but then they can't change to any sub-directories from their main home directory..

I've got lots of problems with permissions.. is there any way of editing these so I can allow my users to edit/upload and view their own files?
