    Default Php 5

Once PHP 5 has released their stable candidate, when after do you think cPanel will have it added to easyapache?

    It'll be a while.

PHP 5, is a huge step, and probably won't be in right away.

Agreed. Apache 2.0 has been out for a long time now and its still not in, so it looks like php 4.3.7 is the best your going get for now at least.

I guess it really depends on when the stable and secure version comes out, and what the demand for it is. The cpanel attitude is Why fix it if aint broke?

apache 2 isn't implemented yet because a lot of apache modules cpanel depends on (i.e. mod_bandwidth etc.) aren't yet working well on apache 2.

i think cpanel will be very quick in bringin out a buildapache version with cpanel 5 for beta testers.

That's what I was thinking... They seem to be on the ball with that.
