PHP cli upgrade

/usr/local/bin/php is the command line version of PHP, but its version 4.3.10 (which is kind of old). I'd like to upgrade it to 4.4.0, but I don't seem to be able to. The version apache is running (cgi compiled) is 4.4.0.

Is there a command in cpanel to update the CLI version of PHP?
