How do I add in --with-pgsql (POSTGRES DATABASE SUPPORT)

to the configuration of php and how can I &reconfig& if after it has alredy been installed without it.

I was thinking it might have something to do with adding a:

$SETMODULE{'php-pgsql'} = 1; or something
