php double compile install?
ok i've been running a server for about a year... been running flawlessly... recently i had the OS upgraded to CentOS 4.1 and added 512mb more memory...(upgraded from RH9)
the server has been dog slow since it came back up, the first thing i realized was that when they set up my system, they never added a swap partition (yeah... not quite sure what to think about that)
but one thing i just noticed today when i was recompiling apache is this:

anyone care to explain to me, or how to fix that it's compiling php twice?
