PHP error on clicking link - need help

Hi,
I guess I'm just looking for some info. at this point.

I'm not sure exacly when it occurred - sometime in the past 2 weeks or so, php seems to be going flaky.

The only thing I changed on my server in this time frame is you all installing a SSL certificate for one of my domains. (but I know whm sometimes does stuff on its own...)

Are you aware of any php issues that could have arisen from either of these actions recently.

To give you an idea of what is happening, you can click on

which is a regular unmodified wordpress login page for this blog.

I click on the link in firefox and an open file dialog box comes up. I do it in IE and get a "page cannot be displayed" error.

I thought maybe it could be some sort of mysql error but I ran php myadmin in the whm control panel and that ran fine... which is odd as that is also php I believe.

Any ideas would be apprecaited as it is puzzling here.
