    Default PHP IMAP Error...

    A user of mine got the error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imap_open() in /home/softmeg/public_html/***/***.inc.php on line **

    Could it be I have to recompile PHP with IMAP, I do believe its already compiled with it, so I am confused.

    Any ideas anyone?

    My mistake, it doesn't appear to be compiled with IMAP support, compiling now!

    Default idea

    You might considering having an easy way to view phpinfo() output somewhere to check settings.

    phpinfo.domainname.com

    or something.

    Thats exactly what i did, i recompiled apache 2 days ago and left of the imap support for PHP, thats why I was confused!

    did you use buildapache or easyapache ? somehow its not getting installed even though i tick it. Am getting the error you mentioned above. Anything else I should do ?
