If a user changes a PHP flag such as register_globals using PHP EZConfig, will it affect all users using the web hosting server or only that user's account?

I am trying to put php.ini EZconfig on my server how do I set this up I am so lost on how to get it done. Does anyone know how to do this? I just know I have to be in SuPHP.

I am trying to add the button "php.ini EZconfig" to my cPanel. php.ini EZconfig will allow my users to edit there own php.ini file. I have full root access so i can do whatever i need to do to make it happen.

That button you speak of is proprietary to the host though. AFAIK, this is not a feature you can download and install to your server.
