Default PHP installed but not working

    Hi,
I have problem with PHP on my Apache Server. Its not working on my websites at all. I only get up the download file option when i try a PHP file.. But I think it is installed on the server, PHP MyAdmin works fine and I have tried to Upgrade Apache from WHM and it seems like php is installed on the server. When I access a site with cPanel it is blank at "Php Version". Do I have to activate PHP on each website or??
Please help. Step by step would be nice.

    cPanel/Enkompass Access Level

    Root Administrator

    Default

check if the apache has the LoadModule line written inside as below:

    LoadModule php4_module libexec/libphp4.so

else this is the reason for the error. Sometimes it might be commented as well with a "#" symbol in front. You just need to remove the "#" and restart apache.
