Default php mail - html format and not abuse headers

PHP mail seems to refuse to send emails in HTML format and also adds these "anti abuse" headers.

As the emails are sent out as notification to my members in HTML format and are certainly not abusive, how can I correct this to send it as I require rather than being forced to send it the way it currently is being sent.

    Thank you, Charles

I believe the problem comes down to a problem in your header for the email's. Something is out of sync. ( not in the correct order )

But don't ask me what it is.. I just deleted it and went back to plain text and have no problems....

The customer who had the question originally said they tweaked the script to make the changes needed.

Wish I had more information on this...
